Carolyn M. Aguilar is an Associate at Orbach Huff & Henderson and focuses her practice on litigation, including claims involving construction defects, breach of contract, real property, personal injury, premises liability, employment, and civil rights.
With over ten years of experience in litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and overthe last number of years representing public school districts and public agencies throughout the state, Carolyn has assisted in numerous actions, including trials and state and federal court appeals.
Although Carolyn has a strong background in civil litigation, she is also experienced in our transactional practice, focusing on drafting construction agreements, solar power purchase agreements, vendor agreements, requests for proposals, joint use agreements, and related public notices and disclosures. Carolyn also advises our public entity clients on conflict of interest and Public Record Act matters.
Carolyn received her Juris Doctor from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law and is admitted to the California, Hawaii, and Nevada State Bars to practice in all state courts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California, and the District of Hawaii.
