Kids In Need of Defense

Pro bono representation for unaccompanied minors

Orbach Huff & Henderson works in partnership with Kids In Need of Defense (KIND) to represent unaccompanied minors in immigration court proceedings, ensuring due process and equal protection.

We maintain the view that no child should be compelled to appear in immigration court alone and without quality legal representation. Our attorneys also travel to provide pro bono assistance to immigrant minors in federal detention where needed.
