Reza Mohamadzadeh is an Associate based out of Orbach Huff & Henderson’s Century City office, where his practice focuses on land use, real property, environmental, and public agency law.
Reza has represented individuals and organizations in land use, real estate development, property acquisition and disposition, Public Records Act, Surplus Land Act, and environmental matters, with extensive experience in CEQA compliance and litigation. He also has experience counseling clients on tax and business-related issues. He draws on this background to assist school districts throughout California navigate complex legal issues and maximize the value of their assets.
Outside of his profession, Reza enjoys camping, road trips, and anything involving the outdoors.
