Kelly Houle-Sandoval is a Senior Counsel at Orbach Huff & Henderson. Kelly’s practice is focused on construction, charter schools, appellate work and special education.
With over eight years of experience representing public school districts and public agencies throughout the state, Kelly has assisted K-12 and community college districts in numerous disputes, including several through trial and appeal. Kelly was one of OHH’s trial attorneys on the first published opinion in California concerning the job order contracting alternative procurement method for public agencies.
Kelly has a background in civil litigation and has litigated a variety of business disputes and cases involving copyright infringement.
Kelly has three dogs and has been to 28 countries (and counting).
Kelly received her Juris Doctor from University of California, Los Angeles
Kelly is admitted to the California State Bar to practice in all state courts, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
