Shannon R. Mazepink has more than 20 years of experience in business operations, human resources, and legal administration to OHH. As Director of Business Operations and Human Resources, she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, including staffing, employee benefits, technology including AI initiatives, vendor management, facilities, and firmwide policies and procedures. Shannon is passionate about improving processes, supporting employees, and creating an efficient and collaborative workplace. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing, from the University of Southern California.
Like her two teenage sons, Shannon has a hard time sitting still and is always looking for her next adventure. Two of her most memorable were running the Great Wall Marathon in China and hiking the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim.
