Margaret Lee is an Associate at Orbach Huff & Henderson based out of our Los Angeles office, where her practice centers on construction litigation matters, representing both public and private entities. She is committed to meeting and zealously advocating for the needs and goals of her clients, while protecting their interests and creating practical solutions to the disputes and problems they face.
Prior to joining Orbach Huff & Henderson, Ms. Lee practiced law in a wide range of areas including business, contract, employment, and corporate law, both in the litigation and in-house contexts. She has successfully litigated and resolved a wide range of business, contract, and real property disputes, adeptly navigating property management and homeowners association issues. Also, her experience in-house as corporate counsel for various corporations has equipped her with a sensitivity to economic considerations as well as the business needs and goals of her diverse entity clients. She brings this well-rounded approach and business-mindedness to her law practice, enabling her to serve her clients with attention and excellence.
In law school, Ms. Lee served as a judicial extern law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, where she made detailed recommendations for court rulings on a variety of civil litigation matters, based on comprehensive analyses of applicable laws. She earned her Juris Doctor at Southwestern Law School, where she was also a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and received accolades such as the CALI Excellence Award for International Business Transactions and the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services.
Outside of her legal endeavors, Ms. Lee enjoys the great outdoors, hiking, painting, cooking, and soaking up the California sun.
